For Physical Products
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed on the website, subject to availability of stock. Orders once dispatched, usually take 3-5 days to be delivered, however, they may take longer in some cases. Cash on delivery orders takes longer to be delivered as compared to orders paid for online. Hence, it is requested that for speedy delivery, please pay online.
Return Policy
Returns can be made only within 7 days of receiving the product. If a return request is raised after 7 days of date of delivery, it won’t be entertained.
Returns are only possible in case the product was received in damaged/broken condition. In such cases, images and video proofs need to be sent to us.
No returns will be entertained if the product isn’t towards the liking of the customer.
Kindly note that the returns/replacement are subject to our sole discretion and our decision for the same will be final and binding.
